Shanyce Jones, MSc, ABA
Founder & Behaviour Consultant
I am completing my fieldwork hours to become professionally certified, with a Master’s in Psychology specializing in Applied Behaviour Analysis. I have over 8 years of experience working with children and youth with neurodiverse children and youth. My area of expertise is early intervention from age 2-10.
During my years of experience, I have conducted numerous observations and assessments in various settings. I am a certified ADOS-2(Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule- Second Edition) administrator. I believe including parents/guardians/teachers and caregivers as apart of the process of setting goals and writing programs. I believe it is ideal to collaborate with OT's, PT's, SLP's and other professionals to increase the success of my clients.

My ABA techniques and methodology include Functional Behaviour Assessments(FBA), Natural Environment Training (NET), Verbal Behaviour Approach (VBA) and Discrete Trials Training (DTT), along with basic principles of motivation and reinforcement.

Shanyce has recently been awarded Black Business Initiatives 2023 Youth Entrepreneur of the Year.

Brianna Norford, BA(Psyc)
Potty Training Consultant & Behaviour Consultant
Brianna has a Bachelors in Psychology with a minor in Criminology. Brianna is the founder/director of E.B Chez Nous Educational & Behavior Consulting. Brianna holds certifications as a Certified Potty Training Consultant and a Behavior Technician.

Throughout her years of expertise, she supports, respects, and celebrates the neurodiverse children and their families. With her desire to witness overall happiness, gradual improvement and positive change with clients under her care.

Brianna has successfully assisted families to overcome the challenging path of potty training and other areas of a child's development. She looks forward to assisting you with setting goals and treatment planning.
Meghna Gajjar,MA(Psyc)
Behaviour Consultant
Meghna has a Master's degree in Psychology, which forms the foundation of her career as a highly skilled Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapist. With her educational background, she possesses a comprehensive understanding of psychology's principles and human behavior.

Over the past two years, she has dedicated herself to working as an ABA Therapist at India's Children’s Institute of Development & Advancement (CIDA). During this time, she has wholeheartedly focused on providing effective behavioral therapy to a diverse group of students, particularly those dealing with autism and developmental challenges.
Meghna's approach includes using both verbal and nonverbal communication techniques to motivate and reinforce positive behaviors. Alongside her educational qualifications, I have developed strong problem-solving skills, empathy, and conflict resolution abilities.
